Simple And Healthy Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
  1. Egg whites – 2
  2. Spinach chopped – 1 handful
  3. Cherry tomatoeschopped -1 tablespoon
  4. salt – half teaspoon
  5. Pepper – half teaspoon
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and pour into muffin mould. Bake it for 15 – 20 minutes and the egg muffin is ready. Have it with some fresh juice of your choice.
