Ingredients:
  1. Whole grain bread – 2 slices
  2. Avocado mashed – 2 tablespoons
  3. Egg white – 1 egg
  4. salt – half a tablespoon
  5. pepper – half a tablespoon
Preparation:

Toast the bread slices and top with mashed avocado. Make the scrambled egg with the egg white and top that also. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and your toast is ready. Have the toast with some fresh juice of your choice (without adding sugar).
