Easy And Healthy Breakfast Ideas – Breakfast Recipes

For healthy living, you need to have a legitimate diet on daily basis. As I mentioned in my previous posts, our body is built in such a way that it should work properly only if you feed the right sustenance in right proportions. In that, the main and largest meal should be breakfast. By largest meal, I never mean a heavy fatty and unhealthy meal. Breakfast should be rich in nutrients and minerals such as vitamins, proteins, and fiber.Morning is the time when your body needs the energy to work throughout the day.

In this post, I will provide easy and healthy options for breakfast. It includes whole grains, proteins and low-fat dairy, fruits, and vegetables.

 

  1. Oatmeal with fruits and nuts

Healthy Oatmeal For Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:
  1. Oats – half a cup
  2. Low-fat Milk / Almond milk/coconut milk – half a cup
  3. Water – half a cup
  4. Banana sliced – half
  5. Apple sliced – half
  6. Mixed nuts crushed – 1 tablespoon
  7. Berries – one handful
  8. Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
  9. Honey – optional, but don’t add in excess
Preparation:

Cook the oats with half a cup of water and half a cup of milk for 5-10 minutes y adding honey (optional). Top it with rest of the ingredientsso that the healthy oatmeal is ready to serve.
