6.Eat, Pray, Love And Work Out!
These four things make your life wonderful. Eat good and healthy food as 6 small meals. Spend time to pray, and if you don’t feel so, close your eyes for 10 minutes in a day and relax. Fill your heart with love because it gives you a positive power and everything will become positive in your life.
Work out for about 40 minutes in a day. It helps the whole metabolism of your body to work well. Good thoughts will be generated only if you have a good body and so stay healthy!
