I love pancakes and I love baking those. My pancakes used to be of high calories and recently I have found out a recipe of healthy yet yummy pancake using oats flour.
1. Oats flour (Grind the oats to fine mixture) : 2 large cups.
2. Banana : Ripe, 1
3. Honey : 2-3 tablespoons
4. Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
5. Almond Milk : 1- cup
Grind the oatmeal to a fine powder without clusters.
Mash the banana, and mix the other ingredients. Add enough water to make the batter smooth.
Heat the pan and pour the batter cook by proper flipping.
Garnish with maple syrup (or honey), banana slices and berries to serve hot for breakfast.
