- Eggs – 2 or 3
- Chopped Scallions – 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth Powder Flavor – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – A pinch
Mix the ingredients well.
Heat the pan with oil or butter, and pour the mixture gradually.
Fry until it is properly cooked.
Roll if the egg is almost cooked, and slice them accordingly.
