- Gluten-Free Flour – 1 cup
- Coconut Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Rice Milk – 1 cup
- Egg – 1
- Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Mix the ingredients and make it batter.
Heat the pan, without putting oil on it.
Pour the batter and cook it by proper flipping.
Serve hot for breakfast.
